Drink the sun filled air
my love,
my body,
earthly shrine unveiled
where restless soul
and longing rest
in tangled disarray.
Tranquil pools
of consciousness
where dreams
bear sweet witness
to reality,
nurture where the other
so desired does not,
containing all within.
Reflect the beauty
of your soul,
my love,
my body,
in peaceful mindfulness.
Clamorous despair
will not appease
your destiny
nor offer you
the fruits of life
you so desire.
Celebrate the gifts
bestowed upon you,
my love,
my body,
yours to multiply
and give again
blithe jewels
in playful intercourse
with heaven’s rapture.

Rosina 2005
I’ve been around
and
knowing nothing
threw
my limitations
to the footlights
like a bunch
of blooming roses
sweet fragrance in
a beam of light.
Joyously
I play
my revelations
centre stage
absolved of heaviness.
Your shadows laugh,
my body sweats
I pluck
the neon stars
for you
my suitors
I shall never
have.
Cry with me.
My spirit soars.
I dare
to tread where I
have never been,
I celebrate
my life
and yours
naked
In a world
of dreams.
I walk
away.

To love life
more than despair,
to celebrate mindful solitude,
above fulfillment,
to embrace hope
and not rejection,
choices.
To kiss your lips,
and not death’s marble brow,
rake up your fires
in my burning,
hold your face
watching revelations,
leave the shadows
laughing.
I celebrate myself.

You are out there,
riding tributaries
borne on the waters
of your own conviction.
Gentle tides,
ride out the storm
woo the waters
sweetly
‘till fragrant foam
of Venus’ birth
enfolds your play,
pearl drops
popping in the sun.

Aware of the warm smell
of ferns and grasses
I follow the track
and here and there
pick up bits of wood
twisted remnants of trees
each with shapes and patterns
all its own.
I close my eyes and look for you
An endless stretch of sand
hot, white, without shade
a beach where skeletons
of ships sometimes emerge
the rest long since buried.
I write words open to the sky
The sand rises beyond
flowing slopes
valleys intertwined,
wind patterns
lightly touch the rise
nothing else impairs
their beauty.
I feel the roundness of your body
Twisted arms
stretch out to sea
and here,
purple grasses capture sun
rippled by the wind.
I remember
